Formed originally in response to our existing commercial clients’ need for ongoing property management of a newly built or refurbished premises, our client base now includes office buildings, cold storage and distribution centres, warehousing and selected residential estates or private houses.

With ever-increasing amounts of legislation in the areas of building regulations, health and safety, fire risk assessment, energy performance and sustainability, the disability discrimination act and industry-specific regulations, we provide a professional management service to meet the needs of each client.

  • Planned maintenance survey and schedules of work
  • Reactive repair and maintenance service, including emergency cover
  • Improvements and small projects
  • Management and control of contractors for both maintenance and project works
  • Advice on leases, legal matters, landlord and tenant negotiations
